Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
