We are committed to making our platform usable by everyone.

Accessibility Statement

TournamentSuite is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. This statement was last reviewed in January 2025.

Standards Compliance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

  • Perceivable — information and UI components are presented in ways users can perceive
  • Operable — all functionality is accessible via keyboard and assistive technologies
  • Understandable — content and interface behaviour are clear and predictable
  • Robust — content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies

Known Issues

We are actively working on the following accessibility improvements:

  • Some live score overlays may not announce updates to screen readers in real time
  • Certain third-party embeds (e.g. stream players) may not meet full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
  • Complex bracket views have limited keyboard navigation support; improvements are in progress
  • Alternative formats for downloadable reports are not yet available; we are actively working on this
